🚫 Return & Exchange Policy – Sccin

At Sccin, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our clothing. As a small fashion brand, all purchases made through sccin.com are non-refundable. This means we do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or 

delayed shipping caused by the courier.

However, we do offer exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items, intimate wear, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

❗Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopsccin.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Sccin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the courier first. If you need assistance initiating a claim, email us—we’re happy to help where we can.
