  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5 PM will begin processing the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

US Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • We ship all U.S. orders via USPS.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after processing.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide using DHL Express International.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after processing, depending on location.
  • Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing and delivery times may be extended slightly.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Sccin, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our clothing. As a small fashion brand, all purchases made through sccin.com are non-refundable. This means we do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or delayed shipping caused by the courier.

However, we do offer exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items, intimate wear, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

âť—Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopsccin.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Sccin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the courier first. If you need assistance initiating a claim, email us—we’re happy to help where we can.
